Luxaviro is a studio rental service operated from Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. Our services are offered to individuals and organizations seeking to rent professional studio spaces for creative purposes.
Luxaviro provides access to professional studio rental spaces for photographers, videographers, audio producers, artists, and other creative professionals. We offer spaces by the hour or by the day, with equipment and amenities as described for each specific studio listing.
Our services include studio space rental, equipment use within the studio, on-site support from studio coordinators, and access to shared amenities as described per location. We do not provide creative direction, photography services, or production services of any kind.
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is considered confirmed only after you have received a written confirmation from Luxaviro via email. Unconfirmed enquiries do not constitute a reservation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
All rental fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation. Luxaviro accepts major credit cards and bank transfers as payment methods.
Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking confirmation is the binding price for that reservation.
Our cancellation policy is detailed in our separate Refund Policy page. We encourage you to review it before making a booking. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
Renters are responsible for using studio spaces in a reasonable and professional manner. Any damage caused to the studio, its equipment, or furnishings during a rental period will be the financial responsibility of the renter. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for documented damage.
Studio spaces may not be used for activities that are illegal under Canadian law, that could damage the premises or equipment, or that are inconsistent with the intended creative use of the space. Luxaviro staff have the right to end any session where these conditions are not being met.
Luxaviro provides studio spaces on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure all equipment and facilities are in working order, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that equipment will function without fault during your rental period. In such cases, our liability is limited to a credit or refund for the affected rental time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Luxaviro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our studio spaces, including loss of business or revenue resulting from equipment failure, cancellation, or any other cause related to your rental.
The content of this website, including all text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Luxaviro and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this website for commercial purposes without written permission.
Work created by clients within Luxaviro studio spaces remains the intellectual property of the client. Luxaviro makes no claim over any creative work produced during a rental period.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Luxaviro reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
